An Affordable Senior Living Facility in Rochester, NH

ROCHESTER, NEW HAMPSHIRE – The Easterseals Champlin Place is a 75,180 square foot, $10MM project which will bring affordable senior living to Rochester, NH. It is scheduled to complete in Spring of 2022 and brings a visual connection to the Champlin house, which currently houses the Easterseals Homemaker Health Services operation. A portion of the site will be subdivided to deed the larger tract to the Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests which currently has nearly 184 Acres of conservation land that abuts the Easterseals property. The project is being designed using specialty affordable housing funding and tax credits.
