A Mixed-Use Development Complex in Nashville

NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE – Built within The Nations neighborhood, this was the first mix-use project for the area, beginning the transformation of the corridor into a new vibrant area for the city. Designed as 17 micro units over 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, this project was recognized by ULI for the “Small Project of the Year” Award in Nashville.
