Nashville, Tennessee – Exterior with Modern Interior Project. A 3,500 sq ft spec home in the Greenwood Historic District of Nashville. The style was intended to fit in with the character of the surrounding neighborhood. The home is a traditional brick bungalow with a modern high-end interior finish. Historic district regulations required a high level of brick finish and a front porch for the exterior.
