Market Square Architects Plants Roots in Nashville,
Debuts New Office Location
Relocation from St. Louis underscores commitment
to the Nashville community
NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE – June 25, 2024 – Market Square Architects, a leading architecture firm renowned for its innovative designs and commitment to excellent client service, announces the relocation of its St. Louis office to Nashville. With its new location at 1 Music Circle N, Market Square Architects underscores its commitment to serving the thriving Nashville market.
Market Square Architects has established itself as a national design leader in multi-unit housing, custom single-family homes, affordable housing, industrial manufacturing projects, commercial space, and hospitality venues. While the firm already serves clients and projects in Nashville, the new office will enable Market Square Architects to deepen its local presence and provide a higher level of service to its local client base and national clients with an interest in the Nashville market.
“Nashville’s remarkable growth as the fifth fastest-growing city in the US presents abundant opportunities for architectural innovation and community development, which is an ideal fit for our firm’s strategic growth plans,” said Adam Wagner AIA, founder and partner of Market Square Architects. “With our deep-rooted understanding of the local landscape and our client-centric approach to design, we welcome the opportunity to make a lasting impact on Nashville’s architectural identity while providing unparalleled service and expertise to our valued clients.”
The Nashville office will be led by Patrick Weber AIA, who serves as the firm’s Director of the Midwest Region and will relocate from St. Louis. The move is a homecoming for Weber, who previously lived in Nashville. While there, he co-founded the architecture firm Aesh Design, which was acquired by Market Square Architects in 2022. A veteran architect with a long history in the Nashville community, Weber has served on the board of Rebuilding Together Nashville and has contributed extensively to the city’s architectural landscape.
Weber has designed residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality projects across Nashville in his role at Market Square Architects and previously, including: The Phoenix on 51st in The Nations neighborhood of West Nashville; the Webb Reserve community in Lebanon; All People Coffee in East Nashville; and more than 100 custom single-family homes in the Nashville area.
“My deep roots in the Nashville community, along with the many projects our firm already has underway here, make this move a natural next step in our growth,” said Weber. “Our new location near Music Row will allow us to provide a higher level of service to our local and national clients while serving the community with innovative design solutions and strong local partnerships.”
Market Square Architects will continue to serve clients and projects in St. Louis and across the Midwest from its Nashville office, with support from the firm’s additional offices in Austin, Texas and Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The firm anticipates expanding its local team of designers in the coming months as it capitalizes on emerging project opportunities throughout the Midwest.
