WAYNE, NEW JERSEY –The Brightview Wayne community will consist of 190 units for Independent, Assisted, Enhanced care and Dementia care residents. The building will be constructed in both wood and metal frame structures. Community common spaces include multiple dining venues, pub, café, theater, fitness, salon, art studio and outdoor amenities. The dementia care wing is a self-contained secure area wrapped around an enclosed 7,000 sf courtyard.
