Spread over six 4-story residential buildings, the site offers a mix of one, two and three bedroom units. A centrally located clubhouse and pool will provide modern amenities for the residents includes a community room, fitness and yoga studio, package room and coffee bar. Other amenities include a playground, grilling area, outdoor games area, dog park, and private enclosed garages. The project is set to break ground in the spring of 2019.
