Walk 2 Campus Project

PLYMOUTH, NEW HAMPSHIRE – The Plymouth State University Walk 2 Campus project is a private student housing project that will bring 120 new beds close to the University campus. Units will be a combination of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Student amenities will include a 24 hour fitness center and below grade parking. Built at a cost of approximately $10MM, in conjunction with Fulcrum Builders.
