As a team leader, I work closely with my group across multiple projects. Together, we address challenges, mentor younger staff, and grow and learn from each other. MSA’s team structure works really well.
Adam checks in with the team leaders and PMs regularly. We talk about budgets, big picture strategies, and challenges. They always end these meetings with “What do you need from us?” This simple question carries a lot of weight and value. Even if the meeting has run long, no one leaves until this question is answered.”

We spend a lot of time together—so we make it fun. Whether we’re volunteering, gathering for game night, or just enjoying lunch together. Our office culture is full of celebrations, friendly competitions, and plenty of laughter.
