This collaborative, mixed-use project created a live-work community for innovators and professionals. A revitalization of the former 1904 Cohas Shoe Mill, Factory on Willow embodies a community of entrepreneurism and creativity within the walls of a unique, historic space.

Within the 100,000 sf development, residents and users find opportunities to collaborate, build their businesses, create, innovate and share experiences. Career-minded and creative people meet, share insight, and network from the comfort of their own homes. The project includes 54 market-rate units, 12 short term rental units, and 15,000 sf of commercial office.

Hosting Open studios + Local Events

First floor roll-up garage doors open to create a venue for artists and innovators to sell their work during open studio sessions, in conjunction with other attractions such as food trucks, local brews & spirits, and music and dance events.
