Energy-efficient urban loft housing in a 700-acre mixed use community.

Part of the redevelopment of Austin’s former airport, the 36-unit Greenway Lofts was one of the first projects to meet Austin’s comprehensive green energy program.

The property is located near the town center of the 700-acre Mueller neighborhood, a pedestrian-friendly mixed-use urban community. The energy-efficient units were designed as one- or two-bedroom floor plans and range in size from about 575 square feet to 1,200 square feet.

Designed with an urban aesthetic to appeal to the area’s tenants, the units feature stained concrete floors and large windows offering unobstructed views of the Austin skyline.
