Tasting room and brewery production hot-spot created in a former grocery store.

In what was once an HEB grocery store, this high-bay space was perfect for a new 20,000 sf production facility and tasting room for Hops and Grain Brewing. The tasting room has become a community hot-spot, much like their original location in East Austin, Texas, and has added life to this growing college town.

Since the parking wraps the entire site, a grain silo was added on one end of the building, where all raw materials are brought in, and a loading facility was located on the opposite end for the finished product to be shipped offsite. This facility has added tremendous capacity to this award-winning and community-focused brewer.
