A Commercial/Industrial Design Project in Portsmouth, New Hampshire

PORTSMOUTH, NEW HAMPSHIRE – This $15M Commercial Office/Industrial project was developed for Galvion, a Canadian based manufacturer of police and military defense gear. This 40,000 sf project will serve as their US headquarters and has been planned for a future 56,000 sf addition. Along with the corporate offices, the building will also serve as manufacturing and testing space and include an indoor ballistics range.
