Meadowlake Tudor
BRENTWOOD, TENNESSEE
A spec home for car aficionados and outdoor living.
This 8,500sf modern tudor home was developed on spec in the Meadowlake subdivision of Brentwood, Tennessee. At the top of the driveway, a custom motor court is flanked by two garages and a porte cochère bridge. The bridge provides visual separation from the street, lending privacy and creating a safe place for children to play.
The sequence of spaces and circulation creates openness within the rooms and connection between them, while still providing distinct, defined spaces.
Designed for daily life, elevated
Large rooms are balanced with wood paneling, which lends warmth and establishes a comfortable scale. A vaulted first-floor primary suite looks out over the back yard and pool, filling the space with natural light. A wine room and scullery complement the gourmet kitchen, which is centered around two 11-foot quartz islands for hosting large gatherings.
indoor-outdoor connections
The two-story main entrance opens directly to views of an outdoor covered living area and pool. This visual connection creates a seamless progression through the home’s living spaces from front to back. The design invites year-round use of the outdoor spaces, and thoughtfully integrates them with the interior.
collaboration = intentional design
Working closely with the interior designer, landscape and pool designers, each design decision was carefully considered for day-to-day functionality; nothing was added purely for aesthetics.

“I love the flow of this home. The spaces relate to each other beautifully. MSA designed a very successful floor plan.”
