Former car dealership transformed into a medical eye care facility.

NH Eye Associates was growing quickly and needed a larger space for their patients. They purchased an existing 16,000 sf car dealership to renovate into their new home.

The once tired property was transformed into an exciting new facility to help NH Eye Associates expand their business and flourish. The project provided a 2,000 sf addition for administration offices, and a porte-cochère to create a covered entry for patient drop-offs.

The design incorporates all new building insulation, interior finishes and a complete exterior face lift including a stone base and new stone entryway. The floor plan provides 32 new exam rooms, retail space for eyeglasses, and plenty of off-street parking for patients and staff.
