The Oasis at Plymouth is a 320-unit, 7-building luxury multifamily community that sits on 25 acres of land in Plymouth, Mass. The project includes both market rate units and 40b affordable housing. Spread over six 4-story residential buildings, the site offers a mix of one, two and three bedroom units. Each unit features an outdoor deck for added living space.

The community is designed around a central clubhouse, poll, and ample greenspace. A centrally located clubhouse and pool provide modern amenities for the residents including a fitness and yoga studio, coffee bar, internet café, and dog wash.
