Front porches, rear-loaded garages, and shared green space define this walkable community of 72-unit townhomes.
At Porchlight East Hill, our team designed for community and thoughtful density by placing 72 townhomes along a series of connected greens and pedestrian-friendly streets. With shallow front setbacks and alley-loaded garages, the design emphasizes people over parking and creates a walkable, connected neighborhood.
Variation Within a Unified Frame
Six unique unit plans ranging from 1,200 to 2,200 square feet allow flexibility for multiple buyer types while supporting a cohesive design. Each building varies in massing and detail, using a shared palette of brick, pitched roofs, bay windows, and front stoops to reference Nashville’s historic inner-ring suburbs with a fresh, scalable identity.
Crafted for Community Appeal
A central open space anchors the site, acting as both amenity and organizing principle. Whether in a detached or attached unit, each resident is tied to a shared landscape and a strong visual rhythm across façades, enhancing both resale appeal and neighborhood presence.
