Located in the heart of the 170-acre Tuscan Village mixed-use development, the Jewel buildings are versatile retail buildings, holding anything from pop-up shops to boutiques or restaurants. They also vary in size, from 1,400 sf to 3,100 sf, giving potential tenants many options to select from.

Designed with an industrial architectural pallet, the Jewel buildings are largely composed of brick, stone, and exposed steel with large glass openings to give them a rustic yet modern industrial look.

These properties give residents and travelers who are staying on site opportunities to walk, eat, shop and relax, without having to leave the Village.
