At the center of the Tuscan Village development, this mixed-use building includes commercial office, retail, and restaurant space.
The Mercantile is a three-story 118,000 sf ground-up building within the 170-acre Tuscan Village mixed-use development in Salem, NH. This building houses the corporate headquarters for Tuscan Brands, two additional large-scale corporate clients, and first floor retail. It also includes a 10,000 square foot two-story restaurant with outdoor seating. The entire project was a design/build approach.
