The Webb Reserve development seeks to alleviate housing shortages for workers by providing 81 market-rate townhome units. Master planning and site layout created a high-quality, walkable neighborhood on this rural site.

The architecture draws inspiration from Middle Tennessee’s traditional Farmhouse style, incorporating brick and siding, covered porches, and roof dormers. Interiors feature open living spaces, spacious bedrooms, upper-end finishes, and unique amenities. Full primary suites are provided in the four-bedroom units, which are uncommon for townhomes in the region.

Totaling 107,774 square feet, the project aims to meet the demand for housing options amidst rapid job growth in the area.
